Returns & Exchanges
What is Nergy’s return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of your order being marked as delivered. To be eligible, items must be unused, in resellable condition, with all original tags attached and returned in the original packaging. Returns that show signs of use, damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect, or missing tags may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at Support@nergystore.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return (optional but helpful). We’ll reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before hearing from us — returns sent without prior contact cannot be guaranteed.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Nergy covers return shipping for all eligible returns. Depending on your location, we’ll provide a return label or guide you through the recommended return method. You’re responsible for ensuring the parcel is packed securely and returned following our instructions.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account — this can vary depending on your provider.
Can I exchange for a different size?

Can I return personalised items?
Personalised items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect or if the personalisation delivered differs from the confirmed order details. If you need to cancel or change a personalised order, this is only possible within 2 business days of purchase and only if personalisation has not yet begun.

Are sale items eligible for returns?
Sale items follow the same 30-day return window as full-price items, provided they are unused and in resellable condition with all original tags and packaging. Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are excluded.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. For personalised products, processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How long does delivery take to Europe?
Estimated delivery to most European countries is 12 to 20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, or high-demand periods.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free to most destinations in Europe, North America, and South America. A flat fee of €10 applies to the following European destinations: Iceland, Albania, Austria, Finland, Poland, Romania, Malta, Faroe Islands, Slovenia, Serbia, Estonia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. A €10 fee also applies to Asia destinations (Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE).
Can I track my order?
Yes — every order includes a tracking number, sent automatically to your registered email address after dispatch. You can use it to track your shipment in real time through our website or the carrier’s official tracking page.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import fees?
No. If any customs fees or duties are requested during delivery, Nergy will be fully responsible for the payment. You will not be charged any additional fees. If you receive a customs payment request, contact us immediately at Support@nergystore.com.
What happens if delivery fails or I wasn’t home?
If you’re unavailable, the carrier will attempt redelivery up to two additional times. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held at the nearest carrier point for up to 7 days for collection. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, you can choose between free reshipment or a full refund.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
You may request an address change before your order is dispatched by contacting us at Support@nergystore.com as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, changes to the delivery address may no longer be possible.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship across Europe (including France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK, and many others), North America (Canada, USA, Mexico), South America (Argentina), and select Asian destinations (Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE). We do not ship to Russia, Vatican City, Kosovo, or Africa.

Do product images accurately represent the items?

Garment Care
How should I wash my Nergy activewear?
Machine wash cold (30°C or below) on a delicate or gentle cycle with similar colours. Turn your garments inside out before washing — this protects the outer fabric and any printed details, and allows for a more effective clean where sweat and oils accumulate. Use a small amount of mild, eco-friendly detergent.
Can I use fabric softener or bleach?
No — avoid fabric softeners and bleach entirely. Softeners coat the fibres and gradually break down the moisture-wicking and stretch properties of technical fabrics, reducing their performance over time. Bleach can permanently damage the fabric and colour.
Can I tumble dry my activewear?
Air drying is always the best option. Tumble drying can damage elastic fibres, reduce compression, and significantly shorten the lifespan of your pieces. Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Can I iron my pieces?
We do not recommend ironing activewear. Heat can damage stretch fibres and technical coatings. If your piece needs de-wrinkling, hang it in a steamy bathroom for a few minutes — that’s enough to release most creases without any risk.
How do I get rid of lingering odours?
Wash your activewear soon after wearing — leaving damp clothes in your gym bag allows bacteria and odours to set in. For stubborn smells, soak the garment in cold water with a small amount of white vinegar for 30 minutes before a gentle machine wash. Avoid hot water, which can lock odours into the fibres rather than remove them.
How do I keep the colours from fading?
Washing inside out, using cold water, and air drying are the three most effective steps to protect colour vibrancy. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, both during drying and storage. Following these habits will keep your pieces looking fresh for much longer.
How should I store my activewear?
Make sure each piece is completely dry before folding and storing. Moisture trapped in fabric can lead to mildew and unpleasant odours over time. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid leaving activewear in your gym bag between sessions.
