1) Order Processing Time

  • After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

  • For personalized products, processing time may increase by 1 to 2 additional business days.

  • In case of stock unavailability, our team will contact the customer to offer either a product exchange or a full refund, according to the customer’s preference.

2) Estimated Delivery Times The delivery times below are estimates and may vary due to logistical factors, customs procedures, or high-demand periods.

  • Europe: 12 to 20 business days

  • North America: 14 to 30 business days

  • South America: 14 to 30 business days

  • Asia: 12 to 18 business days

  • Africa: We do not ship to this region

    • Free shipping.

  • 🌏 Asia

    • Flat shipping fee: €10

We do not ship to: Russia, Vatican City, Kosovo.

5) Shipping Carriers and Methods We use fast and secure international air shipping methods through trusted logistics partners, including:

  • CTT Express

  • DHL Express

  • Huaya Express

The carrier is selected based on the destination and the most efficient available route.

6) Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number.

  • The tracking code is automatically sent to the registered email after dispatch.

  • Customers can track their shipment in real time.

7) Customs, Duties, and Local Taxes

  • Our shipments are sent without any additional charges to the customer.

  • If any customs fees or duties are requested, Nergy will be fully responsible for the payment.

8) Delivery Attempts and Incorrect Address

  • If the address is incorrect, the customer may collect the package at the nearest carrier agency within 7 days.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the carrier will attempt delivery up to two additional times.

  • If the package is not collected or delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the customer may choose:

    • Free reshipment, or

    • A full refund of the amount paid.
